What is it?
Our Innovation Hack is a collaborative 1 day workshop aimed at identifying and creating new ideas that solve current and future customer journey pain points through digital product and content. Ideally you’ll bring some cross functional, key stakeholders to the table to openly discuss and capture potential ideas and opportunities. When this session goes well, ideas flow from everyone involved and we’ll make sure to make it fun while we’re at it.

Stakeholders with a vested interest in the digital customer experience
In many cases attendees will bring material into the session that already exists. It may also be worth sharing analytics in advance of the session to help our team get a little closer to the data. This certainly creates more time for the good stuff, generating ideas:
The output is ultimately a backlog of ideas and opportunities which can be scored in terms of effort and business impact. These can then be taken back into your business for validation and ideally some will be taken forwards.
