About the role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team at Mediablaze. You’ll be working within a fast-growing, tight-knit team to deliver excellent engaging digital marketing campaigns that drive growth for our clients businesses.
The Client Services team is responsible for creating the conditions by which our clients love our work. We do this by building trust and exerting influence through deeper, more strategic relationships with our clients, and by driving, organising, leading and owning the powerful relationship between content, platforms and performance.
Working alongside the Account Director and Group Account Director you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of high quality projects that provide content, technical and performance solutions designed to deliver real business results for our clients.
You will have a client services mindset at the heart of everything you do, getting to know your customers inside-out. You will be well organised, can handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and juggle many jobs at once to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Client growth, Retention & Satisfaction
You will be responsible for the day-to-day deliverables of your clients.
Assist in managing total client satisfaction, identifying any issues or barriers and escalating as necessary.
Extract pertinent information from your clients to construct ‘actionable and approved briefs’ for new initiatives that will deliver on their objectives, whilst maintaining oversight of ongoing work.
Working with the Group Account Director and Account Director, negotiate cost estimates & proposals to ensure that all projects and contracts are priced to generate a good profit for the agency.
Consistently demonstrate your passion for driving client service excellence, ensuring that the agency is delivering high quality work that delivers real business results for your clients (proving strong ROI).
As an expert in your client’s business, you will monitor and review the quality of all work that is created to ensure that you’re happy that it meets the strategic goals of your clients and deliver on their expectations / SOW.
Identify challenges within the client business and recommend solutions to solve these, driving additional revenue growth for your clients.
Client Onboarding & Project Management
Working alongside your Group Account Director and Account Director create Scope of Work documents for new client projects.
Help to onboard clients following signed contracts to ensure they have the best service experience with Mediablaze.
Create detailed delivery timelines in gantt chart format to ensure that all work is delivered in-line with client expectations, ensuring they have full transparency at all times.
Educate clients on standard operating procedures, ensuring that a collaborative relationship is built from the beginning.
Demonstrate a high degree of project management expertise, working with multi discipline practitioners within the studio to ensure all work is being delivered on time and on budget.
Ensure that all internal resources are planned accordingly in-line with your delivery timelines.
Work with delivery teams to ensure that projects are running smoothly, ensuring that they understand the client's ambitions and that the client understands the requirements of the team to meet them.
Administrative Responsibilities
Ensure your clients receive contact reports after each engagement, outlining key discussion and action point.
Ensure that all project and retainer work is budgeted and planned within the agencies finance and resourcing software.
Ensure that all 3rd party costs are planned accordingly in-line with your delivery timelines, and each supplier has a PO allocated to them.
Ensure that all agency time (including your own) is being tracked correctly and in line with agency procedure.
Ensure accurate time reports are supplied to your clients on a monthly basis.
Ensure that all files and documentation are properly maintained, and provide easy access to information for clients and agency teams as needed.
Ensure that all contractors and freelancers have signed relevant contracts with the agency.
Ensure that all booked revenue and pipeline opportunities are captured accurately and in line with agency process.
Advocacy & New Business

Present the agency’s full offering with confidence in front of clients.
Run and manage client presentations as necessary.

Monitor the emergence of new platforms and technologies and how these deliver on the every changing demands of the CMO.
Requirements
2+ years digital agency experience.
Gravitas and instant credibility internally and externally.
Proven track record working with key clients within the digital marketing space.
Experience of managing content, digital and/or performance projects.
Proven track record of presenting to client decision makers.
Proven track record of building relationships, meeting and exceeding client needs.
An understanding of business and client strategy.
A desire to work in a close knit, highly successful team with clear accountability.
Ability to thrive in a fluid and fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills.
